This is important… this is vitally important. Most network promotion & net business specialists manage their business much like plenty of larger corporations. They hire employee’s to do most of the work for them & they concentrate solely on product development, process design, & manager training.

Ever wonder why when you first entered the network promotion niche you were told to ask everyone you came in contact with to join the business opportunity or to buy the products, why your up lines were trying to persuade you to handle all aspects of your business (in case you could call it a business), including promotion, customer support, market research, phone calls, answering rings, e-mails, order processing, & so on, & so on, & so on. put it bluntly… you were doing their bitch work. If you are succeeding working in this manner than you could probably be succeeding ten times as well with the same or less amount of work.

Honestly, if YOU’RE jogging the business, your time ought to be worth over answering rings, processing orders, market research, or customer support related e-mails & etc. The pro’s don’t require you know this because then they must work harder to look as nice, & looking nice is the key to success in an MLM business because when you look nice people require to work for you in hopes that it will be contagious & will gain that level of success. It makes promotion very simpler, but that is another subject.

So what do they do? The look at a specific necessity of the business & break it down in to what different parts are necessary to get it done… let’s say handling customer support. Well, there is customer support e-mails, phone calls, dissatisfaction complaints, complications with orders… a variety of things involved in only this one aspect of your business. If you are handling all of this you are losing time you ought to be making funds.
Create a plan… how would you like to handle the e-mails you receive, how plenty of e-mails do you receive? If you have been handling it by yourself as of now I doubt you require over one person to handle you e-mails, perhaps they can handle phone customer support as well. Either way by outsourcing this aspect of your business you are opening yourself up a new time slot to focus on expanding your business & funds making activities.
But to have systems in place to take care of different aspects of your business you require to know how to manage systems. If your customer support crew doesn’t know how or how quickly you require complaints handled you cannot blame them when customers get upset about the customer support of your business. You require to make definite your employees know what is expected & that you have a process for evaluating it. In no time at all the process will be jogging itself & all you will require to do is step in four times in some time to say nice job or teach a new process you may have come up with.

In case you spent even one hour a day, & I bet its more like 2-3 hours of answering phone calls & responding to e-mails if not more, you ought to be able to increase you every day wage by $200 dollars a day at the least. Four times you have developed systems to run multiple aspects of your business you ought to be able to recognize the way you listen to about those success tales of people making 65-100 thousand dollars a month, it is what I am doing.

AshMax System

Fetch pragmatic knowledge in the sphere of internet marketing – make sure to go through this web page. The times have come when concise information is truly only one click away, use this possibility.

Social media has become a preferred ingredient in most well-implemented search engine optimization campaigns. Social media presents an opportunity to engage online with communities to develop better customer relationships and build brand equity and recognition. If it all goes according to plan, a brand has created a new slew of loyal customers and, ultimately, an increased revenue stream. That is why marketers are continuously exploring the uses of social media and how it can be leveraged for any strategic effort. Here are four principles of social media that have proven to be successful for online marketers, optimizers, and organizations.

Listen to the People

Before you take command of your own brand conversation in the multitude of social outlets, you should listen to what is being said first. Visit blogs within your industry. Conduct a Twitter Search. Find where the conversations are originally coming from and where they are getting their news. Ease yourself into the stream of conversations. Choose your words carefully and make them relevant and valuable. Through social media participation, you will start influencing people within your niche community and emerge as a thought leader. By listening proactively and helping to solve problems, your brand’s online presence will build a trusting, loyal following.

Choose Measurable Goals

When you enter the realm of social marketing, it is imperative that you have an established objective. Otherwise, you can get swept away in the stream of socializing without direction. You jumped in to swim strongly, not to tread water. Your objectives need to match up with your social content generation. SEO content efforts, blogs, podcasts, Twitter and Facebook profiles, they all need to specifically apply to the overarching objective. This could be an increase in traffic, higher conversion rates, or page ranking.

Round Pegs Into Round Holes

When you implement social tactics into your online marketing, be sure that you fit the right tactics to the right goals. Social media is used quite frequently to generate online buzz or, in SEO-speak, web traffic. This traffic may be ‘brand fans’ or they may be other industry experts who want to network. Either way, you are getting a new set of people to link to, which is great for your link building campaign in more traditional SEO efforts.

Content is King

On the Web, content is king. People are not going to browse your site or read your blog if you don’t have something relevant and valuable to say. Which means that they are not going to buy what you are selling. If you are starting a social media initiative, you need to make sure that you can create this content on a consistent basis. You need two main ingredients for good content: a great story to tell and people who are willing to be engaged with it. If you can tell an interesting story that is original and deliver it on a regular basis, then you will have a successful go at social. A great litmus test for your content generation abilities, start an email newsletter and see how it flies with the people who are already engaged with your organization.

If you know what you want to achieve, have the resources, and approach it all in an intelligent and cautious fashion, a social media marketing initiative will help any well-implemented SEO campaign.
If you know what you want to achieve, have the resources, and approach it all in an intelligent and cautious fashion, a social media marketing initiative will help any well-implemented SEO campaign.

This article was written in a simple language so you can learn on how google is manipulating the pagerank. Pay attention.

Recently Google did a major PageRank update where a lot of sites were downgraded. Many experts believe this PageRank update was Google’s response to link selling – sites which sell links lost points in their PageRank.

Google measures all web pages on a scale of importance from 0 to 10, which is shown in a small green pixel bar on browsers carrying the Google Toolbar. PageRank is “supposedly” measured by the number of backlinks to your site.

Online democracy in action, a link is a vote for your site. The more votes you have the higher your site is ranked. At least that’s how it was supposed to work until a lot of high PR sites started selling links and put a monkey wrench into the whole system.

The latest update may be a smart move on Google’s part to curtail this practice; who’s going to buy a link from a PR2 or even a PR4 site? Besides this could be more than a warning that your site will go down even further if you continue to sell links.

Now this is more of a cosmetic change in PageRank than a real change in your true rankings in Google. Just because your PR goes down doesn’t mean your keyword rankings or traffic from Google also goes down.

I saw some of my sites go up, some stayed the same, but my major site took a big hit – falling from PR6 to PR4. This was more of a devastating blow than I expected mainly for psychological reasons than actual consequences. After years of building the best content you can muster and constantly getting quality one-way links, to see that PageRank drop was very disappointing and hits to the core of your online work.

Google sometimes just slap you at the face without any apparent reason. but lets keep it up.

I have been around for a while so I have experienced many Google Updates – anyone remember the Florida Update? I also keep my ears peeled to discussions of the latest updates in Webmasterworld and Stompernet, and I even read Matt Cutts when I get real nervous… so I knew not to panic just because of the sudden drop in PageRank.

I also knew what most of the SEO experts were saying was true because my major keywords stayed the same and my Google traffic actually went up. But that’s little comfort when you’re talking about Google; you immediately go into overdrive and try to figure out where you went wrong. What caused the drop – because whether PageRank is meaningless or not, you’re still going in the wrong direction.

I saw many of my competitors drop too, but many stayed the same and even a few increased in PageRank. What are they doing right; what am I doing wrong? I don’t sell links but does Google think I am selling links was my main concern? I even moved one external link from my main page to another part of my site, just in case Google is mistaking that as a paid link.

Welcome to webmaster’s paranoid hell! Well, i believe that every webmaster has becamed paranoid about google one day.

For SEO reasons I have very few external links on my main page. Can’t see why Google downgraded my main site. I have been at PR6 for years.

Herein lies my main beef, with Google you never really know where you stand; you are constantly walking on eggshells. No matter how good your content or your site is – one misstep and you could be in the doghouse. All your hard work can be taken away in a heartbeat.

It wouldn’t matter so much if it was one of the other two major search engines downgrading your site but this is Google.

Free organic traffic from Google is vital to any online site or business. I would take traffic from Google over any other source of traffic on the web, except for traffic coming from my articles on other sites, and even that traffic probably originated from a search in Google.

Google and Google PageRank have always been important to me – that’s one of the reasons a sudden large drop causes so much concern. There’s another important reason Google PageRank is important to me.

Most SEO experts mistakenly believe PageRank is meaningless because Google is not giving us the true ranking of any site or revealing all the backlinks, which is supposedly one of the major factors in how Google ranks sites. While this fact is obviously true, it has caused many to jump to another conclusion.

Because Google is not giving us the real ranking, many webmasters have dismissed PageRank as a vital element in their sites. Don’t make the same mistake.

Google PageRank is extremely important if you’re doing business on the web. The higher PR you have, the better. But it has nothing to do with keyword rankings or first page SERPs.

What many SEO experts fail to realize (not really their business) is the whole “perceived” value of PageRank.

Google, hate it or love it, has become the most respected company on the web in the eyes of the majority of the web’s users. It carries enormous weight and prestige. The “perceived” value of a high PR7 or PR8 is extremely valuable.

We are not talking about link selling; we are talking about how a perspective business partner or customer will treat your site or business.

Say you have two identical sites you want to do business with online and you discover one is a Google PR2 site and the other is a Google PR8 site – which one would you choose to do business with? Honestly?

From first-hand experience, I know any online company or marketer will get more business offers and be offered more partnerships/joint ventures if you have a high Google PR site than a low one. It will make a difference to your bottom line.

PageRank is important. PageRank has meaning. Even if it has little bearing on your SERPs rankings or Google traffic, PageRank can greatly influence the success of your online site or venture. Don’t ignore or dismiss PageRank as a meaningless relic that didn’t quite work out as Google had planned for it in the first place.

High PageRank will always be valuable.

The day Google gives its own site a PageRank of PR1 or PR2 instead of the current PR10 – that’s the day you can dismiss PageRank as truly meaningless.

Today every web business owner, through articles promoting his/her business, is vying for that top slot on search engine, yet search engine optimization articles should not be written keeping just this factor in mind. While it is true that writing for the web is as easy as narrating a story to a small child, however, like every other genre, web writing too has its nuances and stylistics.

An SEO article that is badly written contains little information and is full of keywords that are badly strung, is sure to lose its credibility on the net and is blocked. Web writers need to realize that search engines are technically too well enabled to fall for such practices. Short cuts to the top are best avoided.

Well Written Articles Enhance Business Acumen

Web business owners need to realize that articles can help propagate their online business. However, articles those are well written, informational, yet interesting to read, are the ones that are chosen to be read widely by visitors. These articles also get a great number of linking websites leading to good ranking by the search engines.

Though for some people, writing articles is a child’s play. However, there are many of us who consider it a Herculean task. For those who don’t have the option of hiring talent to write SEO articles, help is at hand.

Web Writing Made Easy: Here’s How

Â

First choose a subject that you are comfortable with and have prior knowledge of.

Follow your thought process, without worrying about grammar and spellings, at least for the time being. But ensure that you have used your keywords well and placed them strategically.

Conform to the word limit of up to 650 words per article. This is important because you don’t want to end up writing a piece that reads like a boring tome.

Now get down to editing and proofreading. After all, you would want the article to be informational, along with being grammatically correct. A poorly written article does not reflect well on your business.

Give it an eye catching heading that is sure to bring you lots of business. A common mistake that most writers make is to break their head over a title for the article, soon after deciding on a subject. Most often than not, you get a heading from content of the article itself. However, while giving your article a title, remember not to generalize. A focused heading would give you more business but perhaps very few, yet hugely interested visitors.

Is the writing to your satisfaction and in keeping with the guidelines? Great. Now do a re-read for a last editing. And voila! Your SEO articles are ready for submission. Good luck!

There is more business being done online than ever before. There are hundreds of thousands of new business web sites coming on every month. 70% of the US population (233 million people) are online. Over 1.2 billion people worldwide are online. The question is how do we find clients in an ocean of competitors?

Part of the answer to the above question is which number do you focus on, the number of people on line or the number of competitors? If you are focused on the number of people online, read on. If you are more focused on the number of competitors, read on.

Search engine marketing has been proven to have the lowest cost per acquisition of any other marketing medium. It is the only medium where people are actively searching for you. A successful campaign should include a web site designed around one question: “What are your clients looking for?” This is the starting point and may seem basic but it is surprising how many people have are just scratching the surface in their understanding of this.

Your clients are in need of solutions, answers or products. Do they know:

1.that you exist? 2.the unique value that you bring to the table? 3.the depth of knowledge and experience you can bring to bear in helping them solve their issues? 4.the passion that you have for meeting their needs?

SEO Management SEO (search engine optimization), is the art helping people find what they are looking for, on your site”. A well optimized website requires two elements the correct “on page” optimization so that the search engines can determine the relevancy of the information you are presenting. Yes, it is not as important as it use to be but it is still needed. Another essential piece of the puzzle is “off page optimization”. This is having web sites linking back to yours. You may think that you are important and provide a great service to mankind but if no one else does you will not get ranked well.

Quality links to your web site and an on going linking strategy is absolutely vital for good rankings. SEO optimization is not a onetime deal it is an ongoing process.

PPC Management Pay-per-click is a fantastic way to drive traffic to your site from the major search engines. It can also suck your marketing budget dry in just a couple of days if not done properly. The goal of the search engines (and their strategies) is more clicks. The more people click on your ads the more money the search engines make. Their strategy is to get as many clicks as possible with in your budget and they are willing to do that all day long. Great for them bad for you.

The real goal should be more conversion with less clicks and lower cost. For lead generation sites this will mean lower cost per conversion. For e commerce sites this will result in a higher “return on ad spend”. It is easy to figure out: profit/ad spend=% and if that % is not over 101% you are losing money! The only way to do that is to track every thing from clicks to conversions; cost per click to cost per conversion; total revenue. PPC Management should be the process that is designed to make that happen.

Click Fraud Management Click Fraud is a fact of life in the online world. The search engines are getting better at detecting and crediting their online advertisers. The key is to find a Click Fraud program that can track an IP address even if the go to another search engine and click on your ads and give them a warning that they are being tracked.

It is amazing how bad behavior stops if the they know they are being watched and tracked! Also, some click fraud caused by our clients who find it easier to keep clicking on our ad instead of book marking our page. This will give them a gentle reminder to do that.

Many Roads It is also important to examine as many roads to your site as possible. Find blogs where your clients hang out. Write articles and publish them on the web. There are hundreds of sites that will publish you articles for free. For a nominal fee some sites will push your article out to thousands of other sites looking for content, Isnare.com is a good example.

This is great from three perspectives. One, you will get a tremendous amount of links back to your site. Secondly, this will lead to increase traffic and thirdly writing articles will help establish you as an expert in your field. There are newsletters, co-registration, affiliate marketing. The key is to research these and see what will work for you.

Hire or not to Hire outside help

“How do I know if I need help?”

You might need help if:

1.Your clients and customers are not able to find you on the search engines.

2.You do not know why your competitors are in the top ten search results and you are on page 10,001!

3.You can not keep up with the changing technologies and even the changes in the market.

4.You do not have the time to take away from what you do best, running your business!

If you do need help, do your home work.

1.Get references and call them.

2.Get specifics about how they have helped their clients.

3.Find out how many clients they have and how many your account manager will handle.

4.Get a specific action calendar. Know what they are going to do and when it will be complete.

5.Make sure they understand your products, services and goals.

6.Do not be afraid to get another company to “audit” their work.

Finally This is serious business and one can loose a lot of money and time very quickly if you do not do it correctly. The bottom line is, if your customers cannot find you, they will find someone else. If you do not have someone in house with a passion to help grow your business. Find someone who knows what is important to the search engines and will not get you banned.

Search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN are really just data bases. When you do a Google Search you are not searching the “world wide web” you are searching Google’s data base. There are two ways to get in to these databases. One is to submit your site to the different search engines. In about 6 to 9 weeks the search engine will index your site. They have software that comes to your site and index every page and adds it to the database.

They come into your main web URL and follow the links to all the pages of your site. They capture key elements from the code on your page to the content. These are then stored in the data base. When someone puts a keyword in the search box the “algorithms” determine the best page or links to the best pages for your search.

The other way to get added to the search engines data base is to have the search engine software find you through a link to your site from another web site back to yours. The software, called “spiders” will periodically comeback and re crawl your site to see if you have updated it.

One important thing to know is that each page on your site is indexed individually and each page stands on its own. The ranking are based upon the combination of correct meta tags, relevant content to the keyword they are trying to get rankings for and link popularity. Mostly one way links back to their site from relevant sites.

As long as the search engine can index the site, clearly read the meta tags and content, the better. The big issues come when a site is built in flash with very little content (search engines cannot read or index “flash” sites. Also, if the bulk of the relevant content is in PDF format this is bad because the search engines cannot read PDF. If the search engines cannot index the relevant text there will be no rankings.

You all ready know this but “sites” are not ranked, individual pages are ranked for specific terms found in the content of that page as well as link popularity, (relevant links pointing back to that specific page) for the term that you are trying to get ranked on. This is why each page has to be giving very specific attention. Paid search

Paid search is when your ad shows up at the very top of a Google search or down the right hand side of the results page. These are called “sponsored ads”. You pay for those positions. When every you click on one of those ads the owner of the ad pays the search engine. This is also called “pay-per-click”. The amount you pay is determined by several factors including what you are willing to pay every time someone clicks on your ad.

Natural Search

Natural Search is when you type in a “keyword” and a link and a description shows up on left hand side of the search result page. The only way to get on the first page is to have very relevant content on your web site and links to your site from other relevant sites. This is a long process for people in it for the long haul. There are a lot of companies that claim to be able to get you on the first page of Google. That may be true if the “search term” is very specific and no one else would ever search for it but you or they are using a “black hat” method that could get you site banned from the search engine. Bottom line: Paid Search means you pay for your position. The benefit is, if you have the $$, you will get instant traffic. Stop paying and the traffic goes away. Natural search is free traffic but it is built over time. The advantage is, if done right, it can provide traffic for a long time.

Search traffic (paid or natural) is the BEST traffic to have because you are being found by folks who are specifically looking for what you have. It does not get any better than that.

When you are putting the finishing touches on your keyword research list there are a few other things you should consider that may help you refine your focus even further. You know, all too well, that not all traffic is good traffic. The quality of the traffic you receive matters a great deal when it comes to making sales. Limiting your competition is one of the best ways to ensure that you are making the sales you’ve worked so hard to earn.

Finding the right keywords makes this a lot more likely because it will not only draw in your target audience but will also limit the amount of websites you are competing with. It is much easier to find your way to the top of a list that has only 5,000 competing websites than it is to work your way to the top of the search engine rankings when there are 13,000,000. You want to make sure that the pool of competition is as small as possible so that you can rise to the top rather than feeling like a fish trying to swim upstream against a Niagara Falls of competitors.

So, how do you refine the focus and limit your competition? Instead of creating a website that is dedicated to ice cream makers, create one that is dedicated to the KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Attachment. By making this change you are still getting a topic that is fairly well searched BUT you are also reducing the competition from 1.5 million competing sites to just over 7,000. That is a HUGE difference. Even then though there are some that will argue that is unfavorable odds for competition and will require significant effort to optimize. How much work you are willing to put into the SEO process will determine whether or not this is a good keyword choice for you.

At the end of the day, the less competition you have, the greater the likelihood that you will be able to rise to the top of the search engine rankings with consistent effort. The more competition you have, the more effort you will need to make for those favorable results.

Use keyword research tools to help you find out how well searched a term is before deciding to use it on your site. Keep in mind that seasonal keywords are seasonal. If you want an accurate idea of what to expect it is a good idea to begin researching during the seasons for these search terms. You should also be aware of the possibility of defining your keywords too narrowly. The result for this would be heading to the top of the heap for keywords that get little or no traffic.

If you have a site that offers a product or service that might appeal to local audience or international audiences be sure to include that in your optimization efforts also. For example, you could target the keyword and you would be competing with nearly 400 million websites. If you narrowed the focus to toys made in America, you would be refining your keyword competition to 13,000 sites. If you change it to toys made in USA you will have twice the competition of made in America but 5 times the search volume. Little things like this can make a world of difference when you are refining your keyword selection process.
